These are perfect!! I have Rheumatoid arthritis and can't turn the grinders anymore... these make it so much easier to use "ground" salt and pepper! I like that you can change the setting from course to fine. It has a light that comes on when you use it and you can see just where your grinds go! Very easy to use and fill - I highly recommend them especially if you have trouble using a regular grinder as I do...
